For this project, we focused on maximizing the functionality of the space while maintaining its structural integrity. We extended the height of a pony wall to a full 17 feet, creating a more defined division between areas while preserving openness. To support this extension, we added framing, installed drywall, and provided insulation, ensuring both stability and soundproofing throughout the space.

The project was completed with a full interior paint job, bringing a refreshed and modern look to the home.
